This idea is coming alive for me lately.
The concept of “making it” or “arriving.”

- Stop challenging myself
- Believe I don’t have any more to learn
- Think that I have nothing more to accomplish
๐ช๐ต๐? ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ:
- We can always learn and develop our abilities.
- Our teams can always innovate new ways to execute.

- Transparency
- Not needing rewards for motivation

What if the leader doesn’t embrace these ideas?
The rest of the team has a major uphill battle.
It’s a lifelong practice
The sooner you embrace the journey, the better.
What do you think?
